Attention not to confuse tracking by order number with tracking by track code. And do not confuse the order number with the internal number of the store where you bought the product. This is the order number that the seller gives you for tracking.

Until I encountered this myself, I did not even know about such a problem. The thing is that in addition to international postal services in China, there are also domestic ones, which deliver parcels from a warehouse in China only to customs, for example. Moreover, this is not necessarily a Chinese carrier.

In my case, it was the Sweden Post courier. The seller from the Chinese store gave me this type number Q1805843186XX and a tracking link. At first glance, the number looks like a track code, but I couldn't track it for 15 days and I wrote to the seller, after which he said that this was not a track, but an order number. And you need to track the order number on the courier's website.

And indeed, the package from China by the order number began to be tracked! I don't know if this was true or not, but I received the package according to the information. And another feature, in addition to my order number, on the parcel, there was also an international number.
