BestOfferBuy is a Singapore based online store that has been on the market since 2003. BestOfferBuy Chinese store was formed when two Asian countries merged.
I'll tell you right away, I think it's not safe to make purchases in this online store.
The assortment of goods is very diverse, however, there is not too much choice in comparison with other stores in China. There are only two payment methods: PayPal and bank cards. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this Chinese store! The complete absence of the Russian language in the store, the design of the site does not inspire confidence, there is no buyer's protection, and so on. There is no reward for buyers. And so what can you conclude about BestOfferBuy? If you are still in the mood to buy something in China, it is better to use trusted stores in China. The only case in which you can risk it is if you find a product that is not found anywhere else. In short, the store is really weird.
