New mail - delivery of parcels from Chinese online stores to Ukraine
Ukrainian postal courier Nova Poshta entered the international market and began delivering orders placed in popular Chinese online stores.
This became possible thanks to the direct cooperation of Nova Poshta with major international postal services (in our case, this is SF Express and SF eParcel).
Cooperation of both logistics services has made it possible to accelerate the speed of delivery of parcels from China to Ukraine almost twice. And also it became possible to track parcels of any type from a warehouse in China to your door! The delivery speed has been increased due to the receipt of the parcel at the customs through a separate channel by a new mail, and not by Ukrposhta as it was before.
In this regard, tracking parcels while using the services of New mail is slightly different from the usual with Ukrposhta. After the parcel falls to Ukraine, it is assigned a second track number (of the New Mail standard), and tracking should already be done on the new mail website. As soon as the courier is ready to hand over your order, you will receive a call from the call center to clarify the time and place of delivery.
Buyers of the Aliexpress store can track all their orders directly in the store's personal account in English.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the cost of delivery may turn out to be paid and, as a rule, is charged when placing an order - be careful! On the example of Aliexpress, this is clearly seen during registration. Although Nova Poshta claims that everything is free!

How to choose new mail delivery when buying from a Chinese store?
When buying a product, for example, on Aliexpress or GearBest, you must select the delivery method SF Express or SF eParcel, but only if it is presented in the list of possible ones.
