And as mentioned above, I bought a ceramic knife in China. The package went on for almost two months, apparently the seller was taking it on a bicycle. :) But everything came safe and sound. I decided to write a small review about the knife, as there are many reviews on the Internet that ceramic knives from China come dull!

Well, what can I say? The knife was sharp! I would even say very much! Characteristics of a ceramic knife: the blade is about 7cm long, the handle is plastic, there is a rest for the fingers, it lies well in the hands, albeit very light. In short, the knife fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and is a pleasure to work with.

Now for the quality of cutting. In principle, you will see everything in the video. The functionality of ceramic knives is highly specialized and there is no getting away from it. These knives will delight you with perfect work with fruits, herbs, vegetables, bread and any meat (fillet). I am thinking about buying myself a set of knives in China for the future, if this Chinese ceramic knife performs well and does not become dull.

However, this review should not be applied to all ceramic knives - this is my personal opinion .
