Refunds when canceled from a BangGood store

I want to share with you my sad experience of the first and last purchase in the Chinese store BangGood. A friend asked me to order some small inexpensive spare parts for a quadcopter. The order amount was $ 22. Well, everyone chose and paid. The payment went through and was confirmed by the store. The order status has changed to In processing. This lasted about 15 days, after which I decided to cancel the order. because I found the same thing on good old Aliexpress.

The procedure for canceling an order is the same as in all Chinese stores - we press cancel the order and indicate any of the reasons. A day later, the status changed to 'Order canceled'. More and more no information about the refund process.

I waited a couple of days and wrote to tech. support and received an answer that the funds will be returned within 10 days. And, however, on the 8th day the money was returned to my card. So don't be afraid to cancel orders on BangGood - everything is returned. But, unfortunately, you will not find any information in your personal account.
